1. Purpose of personal information collection and use
The FSS processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information is not used for any purpose except for those set forth below; if the purpose of use changes, additional measures shall be taken such as obtaining separate consent pursuant to Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act:
    ① Membership account creation and management
    ② Bulletin board operation and posting management
    ③ Confirmation of Service effectiveness, identification of access frequency, identification of the Member’s Service usage status
    ④ Giving information on changes to the Services
2. Particulars of personal information to be collected and used
A. Collected information (necessary)
① Individual Members
    - Email address
    - Password
② Corporate Members
    - Email address
    - Password
    - Company name
    - LEI code
    - Nation number
    - Contact information of person in charge
B. Other information
The following information may be automatically generated and collected in the course of using the Services:
    - IP address, cookies, date and time of visit, records of Service use and provision, etc.
3. Personal information retention and use period
Until ｢Open DART｣ until membership withdrawal (consent sought every two years*)
* If repeat consent for information provision is not given, the Member’s personal information and membership account are automatically deleted.
※ As a rule, personal information is destroyed without delay on the expiry of the personal information retention period or the achievement of the purpose for processing. This may not apply, however, if the information must be retained pursuant to other legal provisions.
4. You may refuse to consent to personal information collection and use. However, your ability to join the Website as a Member may be restricted if you refuse to consent to the collection and use of information that is necessary to collect.
